World Expo 2025 Osaka

The Northern Territory, through the Department of Trade, Business and Asian Relations is a bronze partner of the Australian Pavilion at World Expo 2025 Osaka.

The World Expo is a major global event and is expected to attract over 28 million visitors across 160 participating countries.

The World Expo presents a valuable opportunity to strengthen the Northern Territory’s strong bilateral relationship with Japan and showcase the Territory’s unique strengths to a global audience.

Later this year, the Northern Territory Government will take a business delegation to World Expo 2025 Osaka to unlock new trade and investment opportunities and forge new international partnerships.

World Expo 2025 Osaka opened on 13 April and will run until 13 October 2025.

NT Trade development and investment delegation EOI

The Northern Territory Government will lead a trade development and investment delegation to World Expo 2025 Osaka between 24-26 September 2025.

Expressions of interest are now open for Territory businesses seeking to export, form partnerships and make in-market connections in Japan and Asian markets.
