Attendees of the World Expo in Japan are being treated to a top tier Territory treat, Humpty Doo Barramundi, a showcase menu item at the Australia Pavilion, Expo 2025 Osaka.
Producing premium-quality farmed barramundi, Territory company Humpty Doo Barramundi has been selected as an Australian stockist supplying Territory barra for the classic Aussie ‘fish n chips’ as well as high-end formal VIP dining experiences.
Humpty Doo Barramundi is building a global reputation as a supplier of premium quality saltwater barramundi and positioning the Northern Territory as a source of high-grade, ethically farmed seafood.
Humpty Doo Barramundi is the leading producer of farmed barramundi in Australia, accounting for 53% of national production in 2023.

The Northern Territory Government has released an expression of interest process to call for nominees to attend the Expo 2025 Osaka as part of a trade delegation in September 2025.
More than 150 countries are participating in the World Expo, providing an opportunity to strengthen the Northern Territory’s deep bilaterial relationship with Japan and showcase the best of the Territory to the rest of the world.
