Have Your Say: whole-of-Territory workforce development strategy
The Northern Territory Government is developing a whole-of-Territory workforce development strategy to address ongoing skills shortages, to strengthen the Territory’s workforce outcomes and to deliver growth.
The strategy will provide a platform for collective action to address the Territory’s workforce challenges and attract and retain the workforce needed to rebuild the economy and restore the Territory lifestyle.
We’re seeking input from businesses, industry groups, workers and the wider community to better understand the Territory’s workforce needs, challenges and priorities.
Your experiences, ideas and insights will help shape practical actions to grow, attract and retain the workforce our economy needs.
Your feedback will ensure the Strategy reflects the real challenges and opportunities across the Territory.
